Painted Canyon Visitor Center Opens

Oh, was that your breath? Well Painted Canyon just took it! 


No trip to Medora is complete without first stopping at the majestic Painted Canyon overlook! 

And on Monday, May 1st, the Painted Canyon Visitor Center is officially open for business.

Pick the brain of knowledgeable Rangers, go for a hike, or just enjoy a view that Captain Alfred A. Sully described as, "Hell with the fires put out."

Features at Painted Canyon Visitor Center also include:
